Regulatory SituationA CTD dossier for each of the above three products is due to be completed by February 2009 and will be submitted under a DCP in the EU with the UK MHRA as RMS. Licensees for EU territories will either be able to join the DCP with their territory as a CMS or apply directly.In the UK the malaria indications of the above products are regarded as Pharmacy (P) products than being categorised as Prescription Only Medicines (POM). This situation may vary from territory to territory.
